Following an increased demand for high quality free-range Norfolk Black Turkeys, Simon and Karen O'Malley established The Black Turkey Company Ltd in 2008. Since that time, the family have expanded their farming enterprise to become Chestnut Farm Poultry Ltd. Set in the heart of Norfolk’s rural countryside, Simon and Karen produce free-range Norfolk Farm Chickens throughout the year whilst continuing to breed and produce free-range Norfolk Black Turkeys for Christmas.

Selected for their slow maturing growth rate, our Norfolk Farm Chickens are naturally reared for a minimum of three months. They are raised in an enriched free-range environment to encourage happy and healthy living.
Recognised as a slow maturing breed, our Norfolk Black Turkeys are hatched on the farm in the Spring and naturally reared to maturity. Our turkeys are dry plucked and hung for ten days to enhance their wonderful flavour.
