We are currently allocating our Norfolk Black Turkeys to customers to confirm final numbers. Recognised as a slow maturing breed, our Norfolk black turkeys are hatched on the farm in the Spring and naturally reared to full maturity. Once humanely slaughtered, our turkeys are hand plucked and hung for ten days to enhance their wonderful flavour.
Along with our two children, we yield over 30 years of combined experience in poultry care, management and processing. Our independent family business of retailing free range poultry prides itself in ensuring high animal welfare standards.
